2. General

  • These Terms apply to the purchase of services on mrhansenworkshop.lv.
  • By purchasing a service, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
  • Personal data processing terms are described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Services and Pricing

  • We provide car cleaning and detailing services.
  • Prices on the website may be shown as "price from" because the final price may depend on the vehicle type (e.g., passenger car, SUV, etc.) and the level of dirt/condition, which affects the scope of work and time required.
  • If, after assessing the vehicle, the scope of work differs materially from the standard, we will inform the Customer of the final price before starting the work.

4. Placing an Order

  • The Customer selects a service and pays online or chooses cash payment (if this option is available during checkout).
  • After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation to the provided email address (if provided).
  • As the website does not have a booking system, the service time is agreed with the Customer separately (by phone or email).

5. Payments

  • Payment is available in cash or online by bank card (Visa/Mastercard).
  • Online payments are provided via the payment platform makecommerce.lv; therefore, the data necessary to execute payments is transferred to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
  • We do not store your card details.
  • We issue an invoice after payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal (distance contract)

  • If the service is purchased online, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by submitting a withdrawal notice.
  • If the Customer requests the service to start within the 14-day withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not apply.
  • If the service has started but is not fully completed, the Customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part already performed.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a notice to info@mrhansenworkshop.lv and include order details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer must ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and location.
  • The Customer must inform us in advance about material factors that may affect the scope of work (e.g., heavily soiled interior, pet hair, etc.).

8. Liability and Complaints

  • We provide services professionally and with due care, using suitable materials and equipment.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or improper use, where it is not related to our actions.
  • If there is a complaint regarding service quality, please contact us within a reasonable time, describing the situation and, if possible, attaching photos.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
